1. Repetition! Repetition! Repetition! How many times do you hear Spongebob’s Name in an episode? Even Spongebob calls himself Spongebob!

2. Passion! When Spongebob has to make a Kraby Patty he does it with all his heart! Therefore when you are working with a client let your passion show!
3. Simple! (Keep It Simple Stupid- KISS) Spongebob likes things simple. He thinks with a childlike mind and honestly you dont need a complicated plan to have a great marketing plan.
4. Great Customer Service! We all have a Squidward or two as clients who are always picking things apart and being negative. Spongebob always keeps it positive and makes sure to always keep things in good fun. He kills them with kindness.
5. Creative! Spongebob is always coming up with new and creative ideas to either have fun or draw new people into the Krusty Krab. Being creative can involve you or a brainstorming with some co-workers. Always keep things interesting.

Kinko’s is Kaput

Let me just say that Kinkos is Kaput! Its now FEDEX without Kinkos, and their website pushes you to go to the store and not deal or buy products online. Its so frustrating! I just want something really simple and easy to use. Sounds like I need to write my own business plan and start my own Paper Company.  I should just bite the bullet and call Michael Scott at least I know being his one client I would get amazing Customer Service.
